Hello - my name is Jerome. I am a "computer guy" that wants time away from the keyboard to work with my hands. In this booming economy all the full-time trades people are way too busy for us little folks - everyone is busy chasing the big jobs!
I can do home repairs and renovations for you. Over the last 30 years I have done many varied projects in apartments, condos and houses new and old. I know my limits and am not afraid to say so - it's no fun to do a bad job or get in over my head.
I charge $40 per hour cash or cheque, less than most trades and comparable with most jobbers. Materials are charged at cost plus time to acquire them. I can be hired to do the complete job, or provide assistance. I'm always happy to show you the ins and outs of a project or skill so you can get an education too.
I am doing this work to augment my life, not support it, so I am not out chasing a lot of jobs and juggling a lot of people to get rich. I prefer to enjoy doing things right and well and providing you with personal service for your most important personal and financial investment - your home.
I'm generally available between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday, but can fit your schedule since mine is very flexible.
